Important information about rates
Exclusive rental
The guesthouse is rented entirely for your group. There are no other guests at the same time, guaranteeing total privacy and exclusivity.
No hidden costs
All amenities are included in the price: sauna, jacuzzi, equipped kitchen, relaxation area, Wi-Fi, parking. There are no additional fees.
Group flexibility
The price is fixed whether you have 6 or 12 people. You pay for the entire rental, not per person.
Long stay discounts
For reservations of 5+ consecutive nights, we offer special discounts. Contact us for a personalized offer.

Booking Policies
Full information about the booking process and our conditions
Reservation confirmation
20% advance + Signed contract
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of 20% of the total amount is required. The deposit is paid by bank transfer or online.
Payment term
The advance payment must be paid within 48 hours of making the reservation. Without the advance payment, the reservation is not confirmed.
Remaining payment
The remaining amount (80%) is paid upon check-in, in cash or by bank transfer. We also accept full payment in advance.
Tax invoice
We issue a tax invoice for all payments. For invoicing, please provide the necessary details at the time of booking.
Cancellation policy
Non-refundable advance
IMPORTANT: The 20% deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation of the reservation.
Recommendation: travel insurance
We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellation of your stay due to medical reasons or other unforeseen circumstances. This way you protect your vacation investment.
Our cancellation policy is standard in the hotel industry and allows us to efficiently manage reservations, ensuring availability for all our guests.

Identity card/passport for all guests. Filling out accommodation forms according to legislation.

Important procedures
Final cleaning
Final cleaning is included in the price. Please leave the premises in a reasonable condition and take out the trash in the designated containers.
Lost keys
In case of loss of keys, the replacement cost is 300 RON. Please take care of them throughout your stay.

Consumption or possession of drugs or substances prohibited by law.
Pets
Pets are not allowed. Please take care of cleanliness.
Behavior
Violent, aggressive or disruptive behavior.
Consequences of non-compliance with regulations
Warning: The first minor offense will be punished with a verbal warning. Please take our rules seriously.
Contract termination: Serious or repeated violations may lead to immediate termination of the accommodation contract without refund of amounts paid.
Material Damage: Any damage to the property will be settled by the guests according to the assessment made at check-out.
