Definitions (for clarity)<\/h5><p data-start=\"1105\" data-end=\"1123\">In this document:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1713\"><li data-start=\"1124\" data-end=\"1222\"><p data-start=\"1126\" data-end=\"1222\">&#8220;Website&#8221; means the Eridor Chalet website, its pages and contact\/booking forms.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1368\"><p data-start=\"1225\" data-end=\"1368\">&#8220;Property&#8221; means the Eridor Chalet and the separate relaxation building (wellness area), plus the courtyard, terrace and related facilities.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1465\"><p data-start=\"1371\" data-end=\"1465\">&#8220;Guest&#8221; means the person booking and\/or staying, including members of their party.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1466\" data-end=\"1604\"><p data-start=\"1468\" data-end=\"1604\">&#8220;Reservation&#8221; means the firm request for a time slot (check-in\/check-out) and its confirmation according to the payment section.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1713\"><p data-start=\"1607\" data-end=\"1713\">&#8220;Smoobu&#8221; means the software solution integrated on the website, used for availability and reservations.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"1720\" data-end=\"1769\">3. Object of services and rental method<\/h5><p data-start=\"1771\" data-end=\"1894\">Eridor Chalet is rented entirely, exclusively for your group. We do not simultaneously host other groups during the same period. <\/p><p data-start=\"1896\" data-end=\"1931\">The property mainly includes:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1932\" data-end=\"2227\"><li data-start=\"1932\" data-end=\"2009\"><p data-start=\"1934\" data-end=\"2009\">6 double rooms, each with private bathroom with shower, Smart TV and mountain view<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2010\" data-end=\"2078\"><p data-start=\"2012\" data-end=\"2078\">2 living rooms, dining area for 12 people, equipped kitchens<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2079\" data-end=\"2116\"><p data-start=\"2081\" data-end=\"2116\">outdoor area with terrace and barbecue<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2117\" data-end=\"2227\"><p data-start=\"2119\" data-end=\"2227\">separate relaxation building with Finnish sauna, jacuzzi for 6 people, lounge, kitchen\/dining room, 2 bathrooms<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"2234\" data-end=\"2274\">4. Website usage rules<\/h5><p data-start=\"2276\" data-end=\"2330\">You accept the following rules when using the website:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2648\"><li data-start=\"2331\" data-end=\"2405\"><p data-start=\"2333\" data-end=\"2405\">use the website only for information, requests and real reservations<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2406\" data-end=\"2476\"><p data-start=\"2408\" data-end=\"2476\">do not send false information (name, email, phone, number of people)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2477\" data-end=\"2564\"><p data-start=\"2479\" data-end=\"2564\">do not try to affect the functioning of the website (spam, attacks, unauthorized access)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2565\" data-end=\"2648\"><p data-start=\"2567\" data-end=\"2648\">respect the copyright for texts, photos, logos and visual elements<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2650\" data-end=\"2741\">We may limit or block access to the website if we observe abusive or fraudulent activity.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"2748\" data-end=\"2794\">5. Availability and reservations through Smoobu<\/h5><p data-start=\"2796\" data-end=\"2945\">The website displays real-time availability through Smoobu integration. However, there may be rare instances of temporary differences due to technical reasons. <\/p><p data-start=\"2947\" data-end=\"2963\">Practical rules:<\/p><ul data-start=\"2964\" data-end=\"3331\"><li data-start=\"2964\" data-end=\"3046\"><p data-start=\"2966\" data-end=\"3046\">the system displays the free intervals and calculates the rate for the selected period<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3047\" data-end=\"3135\"><p data-start=\"3049\" data-end=\"3135\">the reservation becomes firm only after the confirmation conditions are met (section 6)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3136\" data-end=\"3331\"><p data-start=\"3138\" data-end=\"3218\">If an availability error occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible and propose:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3221\" data-end=\"3331\"><li data-start=\"3221\" data-end=\"3249\"><p data-start=\"3223\" data-end=\"3249\">other available data, or<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3252\" data-end=\"3331\"><p data-start=\"3254\" data-end=\"3331\">free cancellation of unconfirmed request (if you have not paid the advance)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"3338\" data-end=\"3383\">6. Rates, payment and booking confirmation<\/h5><h5 data-start=\"3385\" data-end=\"3432\">6.1 Indicative prices published on the website<\/h5><ul data-start=\"3433\" data-end=\"3627\"><li data-start=\"3433\" data-end=\"3469\"><p data-start=\"3435\" data-end=\"3469\">Monday\u2013Thursday: 4,000 RON \/ night<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3470\" data-end=\"3554\"><p data-start=\"3472\" data-end=\"3554\">Friday\u2013Sunday and peak periods : 5,000 RON \/ night<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"3555\" data-end=\"3627\"><p data-start=\"3557\" data-end=\"3627\">Minimum stay: 2 nights (especially for weekends and holidays)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"3629\" data-end=\"3869\">The rate covers the full rental and includes the facilities presented on the website, including the wellness area, with no hidden costs, with the exceptions mentioned under &#8220;additional costs&#8221; (e.g. late check-out, extra cleaning, lost keys).<\/p><h5 data-start=\"3871\" data-end=\"3903\">6.2 Advance payment and payment term<\/h5><p data-start=\"3904\" data-end=\"3932\">The reservation is confirmed by:<\/p><ul data-start=\"3933\" data-end=\"4107\"><li data-start=\"3933\" data-end=\"4107\"><p data-start=\"3935\" data-end=\"4107\">20% deposit of the total amount, payable within 48 hours of making the reservation, by bank transfer or online (according to the options communicated in the confirmation)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"4109\" data-end=\"4220\">If you do not pay the advance on time, we can automatically cancel the reservation and free up the time slot for other requests.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"4222\" data-end=\"4246\">6.3 Payment of the difference<\/h5><ul data-start=\"4247\" data-end=\"4378\"><li data-start=\"4247\" data-end=\"4378\"><p data-start=\"4249\" data-end=\"4378\">the remaining 80% is paid at check-in, in cash or by bank transfer, or in full in advance if you choose this option<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"4380\" data-end=\"4397\">6.4 Billing<\/h5><p data-start=\"4398\" data-end=\"4554\">We issue an invoice for payments. For invoicing, please provide us with the necessary details (individual or legal entity) at the time of booking or before check-in. <\/p><h5 data-start=\"4561\" data-end=\"4602\">7. Cancellation and no-show policy<\/h5><h5 data-start=\"4604\" data-end=\"4631\">7.1 Non-refundable advance<\/h5><p data-start=\"4632\" data-end=\"4740\">The 20% deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation, for any reason, according to the policy displayed on the website.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"4742\" data-end=\"4790\">7.2 Cancellation conditions (applicable examples)<\/h5><ul data-start=\"4791\" data-end=\"5091\"><li data-start=\"4791\" data-end=\"4880\"><p data-start=\"4793\" data-end=\"4880\">cancellation 30+ days before check-in: lose the deposit (20%), do not owe the rest<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4881\" data-end=\"4985\"><p data-start=\"4883\" data-end=\"4985\">cancellation 15\u201329 days before: lose the deposit (20%) and pay another 30% of the rest (total 44%)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4986\" data-end=\"5091\"><p data-start=\"4988\" data-end=\"5091\">cancellation less than 15 days before or no-show: you owe 100% of the reservation value<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"5093\" data-end=\"5131\">7.3 Changing booking details<\/h5><p data-start=\"5132\" data-end=\"5188\">If you request a change of dates (check-in\/check-out):<\/p><ul data-start=\"5189\" data-end=\"5411\"><li data-start=\"5189\" data-end=\"5246\"><p data-start=\"5191\" data-end=\"5246\">we accept changes only based on availability<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5247\" data-end=\"5313\"><p data-start=\"5249\" data-end=\"5313\">we can apply rate differences if the new period has a different rate<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5314\" data-end=\"5411\"><p data-start=\"5316\" data-end=\"5411\">we can treat the change as a cancellation + new booking if the original slot cannot be reallocated<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"5413\" data-end=\"5451\">7.4 Right of withdrawal (14 days)<\/h5><p data-start=\"5452\" data-end=\"5652\">For accommodation services with a specific date or period of performance, the legislation on distance contracts provides an exception to the right of withdrawal.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"5659\" data-end=\"5693\">8. Check-in, check-out and access<\/h5><h5 data-start=\"5695\" data-end=\"5715\">8.1 Standard hours<\/h5><ul data-start=\"5716\" data-end=\"5789\"><li data-start=\"5716\" data-end=\"5750\"><p data-start=\"5718\" data-end=\"5750\">Check-in: after 3:00 PM<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5751\" data-end=\"5789\"><p data-start=\"5753\" data-end=\"5789\">Check-out: until 12:00<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"5791\" data-end=\"5816\">8.2 Flexible check-in<\/h5><p data-start=\"5817\" data-end=\"5894\">We can approve early check-in if we have availability on the day of arrival.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"5896\" data-end=\"5923\">8.3 Late check-out<\/h5><p data-start=\"5924\" data-end=\"6010\">We can approve check-out until 2:00 PM, subject to availability, with a supplement:<\/p><ul data-start=\"6011\" data-end=\"6061\"><li data-start=\"6011\" data-end=\"6061\"><p data-start=\"6013\" data-end=\"6061\">500 RON (request at least 1 day in advance)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"6063\" data-end=\"6089\">8.4 Required documents<\/h5><p data-start=\"6090\" data-end=\"6305\">At check-in, we request identity documents for all guests and the completion of accommodation forms, according to legal requirements applicable to tourist accommodation structures.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"6312\" data-end=\"6358\">9. Damage, key and cleaning guarantee<\/h5><h5 data-start=\"6360\" data-end=\"6382\">9.1 Damage guarantee<\/h5><p data-start=\"6383\" data-end=\"6414\">At check-in we retain a guarantee:<\/p><ul data-start=\"6415\" data-end=\"6453\"><li data-start=\"6415\" data-end=\"6453\"><p data-start=\"6417\" data-end=\"6453\">1,000 RON for any damages<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"6455\" data-end=\"6500\">We will return the full deposit at check-out if:<\/p><ul data-start=\"6501\" data-end=\"6640\"><li data-start=\"6501\" data-end=\"6590\"><p data-start=\"6503\" data-end=\"6590\">do not identify any damage, shortages or excessive soiling that exceeds normal use<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6591\" data-end=\"6640\"><p data-start=\"6593\" data-end=\"6640\">respect the rules of the house and the wellness area<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"6642\" data-end=\"6663\">9.2 Lost keys<\/h5><p data-start=\"6664\" data-end=\"6691\">In case of loss of keys:<\/p><ul data-start=\"6692\" data-end=\"6733\"><li data-start=\"6692\" data-end=\"6733\"><p data-start=\"6694\" data-end=\"6733\">key set replacement fee: 300 RON<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"6735\" data-end=\"6785\">9.3 Final cleaning and additional cleaning<\/h5><p data-start=\"6786\" data-end=\"6838\">Final cleaning is included. Upon departure, please: <\/p><ul data-start=\"6839\" data-end=\"6982\"><li data-start=\"6839\" data-end=\"6883\"><p data-start=\"6841\" data-end=\"6883\">to leave the premises in a reasonable condition<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6884\" data-end=\"6933\"><p data-start=\"6886\" data-end=\"6933\">collect packaging and food scraps<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"6934\" data-end=\"6982\"><p data-start=\"6936\" data-end=\"6982\">to store garbage in the indicated containers<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"6984\" data-end=\"7040\">We may charge additional cleaning if necessary:<\/p><ul data-start=\"7041\" data-end=\"7168\"><li data-start=\"7041\" data-end=\"7168\"><p data-start=\"7043\" data-end=\"7168\">300\u2013800 RON, depending on the situation (e.g. hard-to-remove stains, dirty furniture, persistent smoke smell indoors)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"7175\" data-end=\"7196\">10. House rules<\/h5><h5 data-start=\"7198\" data-end=\"7226\">10.1 Capacity and access<\/h5><ul data-start=\"7227\" data-end=\"7387\"><li data-start=\"7227\" data-end=\"7268\"><p data-start=\"7229\" data-end=\"7268\">we accept a maximum of 12 people accommodated<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"7269\" data-end=\"7327\"><p data-start=\"7271\" data-end=\"7327\">we do not accept additional people beyond the declared number<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"7328\" data-end=\"7387\"><p data-start=\"7330\" data-end=\"7387\">we do not allow unannounced overnight visitors<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"7389\" data-end=\"7432\">10.2 Quietness and respect for the neighborhood<\/h5><ul data-start=\"7433\" data-end=\"7539\"><li data-start=\"7433\" data-end=\"7477\"><p data-start=\"7435\" data-end=\"7477\">respect quiet hours after 10:00 PM<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"7478\" data-end=\"7539\"><p data-start=\"7480\" data-end=\"7539\">avoid loud music outside, especially in the evening<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"7541\" data-end=\"7555\">10.3 Smoking<\/h5><ul data-start=\"7556\" data-end=\"7776\"><li data-start=\"7556\" data-end=\"7605\"><p data-start=\"7558\" data-end=\"7605\">we prohibit smoking in all indoor spaces<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"7606\" data-end=\"7662\"><p data-start=\"7608\" data-end=\"7662\">allow smoking only outside, in designated areas<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"7663\" data-end=\"7776\"><p data-start=\"7665\" data-end=\"7776\">we may apply a fee of 500 RON if you smoke indoors (includes ventilation, cleaning, odor neutralization)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"7778\" data-end=\"7806\">10.4 Pets (smell)<\/h5><p data-start=\"7807\" data-end=\"7890\">The website may display different information in different sections. As a standard rule: <\/p><ul data-start=\"7891\" data-end=\"8054\"><li data-start=\"7891\" data-end=\"7924\"><p data-start=\"7893\" data-end=\"7924\">we do not accept pets<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"7925\" data-end=\"8054\"><p data-start=\"7927\" data-end=\"8054\">we can only accept with written approval before booking, under specifically established conditions (e.g. size, number, fees, rules)<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"8056\" data-end=\"8088\">10.5 Events and parties<\/h5><ul data-start=\"8089\" data-end=\"8276\"><li data-start=\"8089\" data-end=\"8193\"><p data-start=\"8091\" data-end=\"8193\">do not organize events without prior approval (parties, DJs, bands, large external guests)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"8194\" data-end=\"8276\"><p data-start=\"8196\" data-end=\"8276\">if you want a private event, ask for an offer and conditions before booking<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"8278\" data-end=\"8320\">10.6 General prohibitions and obligations<\/h5><ul data-start=\"8321\" data-end=\"8652\"><li data-start=\"8321\" data-end=\"8399\"><p data-start=\"8323\" data-end=\"8399\">do not damage furniture, equipment, textiles, dishes and decorations<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"8400\" data-end=\"8446\"><p data-start=\"8402\" data-end=\"8446\">do not move furniture between rooms without agreement<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"8447\" data-end=\"8522\"><p data-start=\"8449\" data-end=\"8522\">do not change technical settings (boiler, wellness equipment, installations)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"8523\" data-end=\"8569\"><p data-start=\"8525\" data-end=\"8569\">do not use illegal substances on property<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"8570\" data-end=\"8652\"><p data-start=\"8572\" data-end=\"8652\">follow the safety instructions for the barbecue, kitchen and wellness area<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"8654\" data-end=\"8697\">10.7 Consequences if you break the rules<\/h5><p data-start=\"8698\" data-end=\"8736\">Depending on the severity, we can apply:<\/p><ul data-start=\"8737\" data-end=\"8935\"><li data-start=\"8737\" data-end=\"8786\"><p data-start=\"8739\" data-end=\"8786\">warning and request for remedy<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"8787\" data-end=\"8832\"><p data-start=\"8789\" data-end=\"8832\">Damage and additional cleaning fees<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"8833\" data-end=\"8935\"><p data-start=\"8835\" data-end=\"8935\">immediate termination of the accommodation without reimbursement of the amounts paid, in case of serious or repeated violations<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"8942\" data-end=\"9009\">11. Rules and liability for the wellness area (sauna and jacuzzi)<\/h5><p data-start=\"9011\" data-end=\"9103\">The wellness area operates in a separate building and is used exclusively by the accommodated group.<\/p><h5 data-start=\"9105\" data-end=\"9133\">11.1 Rules of use<\/h5><p data-start=\"9134\" data-end=\"9157\">Please respect:<\/p><ul data-start=\"9158\" data-end=\"9485\"><li data-start=\"9158\" data-end=\"9199\"><p data-start=\"9160\" data-end=\"9199\">take a shower before the sauna or jacuzzi<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"9200\" data-end=\"9252\"><p data-start=\"9202\" data-end=\"9252\">use the towels and bathrobes provided<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"9253\" data-end=\"9331\"><p data-start=\"9255\" data-end=\"9331\">respect the recommended time in the sauna (maximum 15 minutes per session), with breaks<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"9332\" data-end=\"9397\"><p data-start=\"9334\" data-end=\"9397\">do not insert glass into the jacuzzi area (glasses, bottles, objects)<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"9398\" data-end=\"9449\"><p data-start=\"9400\" data-end=\"9449\">do not change the technical settings of the equipment<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"9450\" data-end=\"9485\"><p data-start=\"9452\" data-end=\"9485\">report any malfunction immediately<\/p><\/li><\/ul><h5 data-start=\"9487\" data-end=\"9517\">11.2 Safety and health<\/h5><p data-start=\"9518\" data-end=\"9629\">Using a sauna and jacuzzi involves risks, especially with certain medical conditions.
